Transitioning from the trial diets back into 'reality' and having to prepare your own meals again can be daunting. Several of you have told us that you enjoyed the reduced mental load of having all of your meals ready and 'not having to think about it'. To help you get to grips with the end of the trial diets, we've prepared some example meal plans you might want to try, which can help take the pressure off of having to decide what to make.
