Breakfast Protein Pot
Ingredients
- Around 100g tinned Salmon (so half of one of these Tesco | Lidl)
- Handful spinach or rocket
- 1 hard-boiled egg, peeled
- 1/4 an avocado
- a squeeze of fresh lemon juice
- Salt and pepper
Method
1. Combine and enjoy!
Tip: If you get some small tupperware like these (https://www.tesco.com/groceries/en-GB/products/280769042) this can be a great breakfast to prep in advance
Note: You don't have to include all of these ingredients, you might prefer to swap the avocado out for some tomatoes or the salmon for Feta cheese.
