Caesar dressing
Ingredients
- 1 Egg Yolk
- 50 ml Sunflower Oil
- Pinch Mustard Powder
- 25 g Grated Parmesan
- Salt to taste
Method
1. Add the egg, salt and mustard powder to a mixing bowl and whisk until combined
2. While continuously whisking, slowly drizzle in the oil until the mixture has thickened. Mix in parmesan and season to taste
