Cinnamon and Apple Overnight Oats

Ingredients (makes a few portions, we suggest 3 or 4)

  • 200g oats
  • 50 ml skimmed milk
  • 360ml water
  • 1 pink lady apple, grated
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 25 g chopped dates
  • 10g flaked almonds
  • 5g ground cinnamon

 

Method

1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl

2. Transfer to desired container (a mug works well) and leave in fridge overnight

3. Enjoy hot or cold
