Creamy pesto style houmous

Ingredients
- 2 x 400 g Chickpea, drained and rinsed
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 4 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tsp dried Italian mixed herbs
- 6 tbsp each of chopped fresh Basil and flat leaf Parsley
- 250 g fat free natural cottage cheese
Method
1. Put the chickpeas in a food processor and blend until softened
2. Add the lemon juice, garlic, dried and fresh herbs and the cottage cheese. Blend again until fairly smooth.
3. Transfer to a serving bowl and season lightly. Chill until ready to use.
