Lemon houmous
Prep and Cook time: 15 mins
Ingredients
- 2 x 400g can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1 tbsp cumin seeds, toasted
- Juice of 1 unwaxed lemon
- Handful of fresh coriander, roughly chopped
Method
1. Place all the ingredients in a food processor.
2. Add a little water and blitz until you have a smooth texture.
3. Tip into a bowl and serve.
