Overnight oats

Ingredients (2 portions)

  • 80 g rolled oats
  • 200 ml milk or water (or a mix)
  • 4 tsp chia seeds
  • 120 g frozen berries
  • 1 tsp honey

 

Method

1. Get a small bowl, glass or jam jar. 

2. Add 40g oats, 100mls milk/water, and 2 tsp chia seeds to each of two bowls (or glasses/jam jars).

3. Add half tsp of honey to each and stir.

4. Top with frozen berries and leave in the fridge overnight.

Tip: buy large bags of frozen berries - they last longer and are cheaper
