Red pepper houmous

Ingredients

  • 1 x 400 g tin chickpeas, drained and rinsed 
  • 3 garlic cloves, crushed 
  • 1 red pepper, roughly chopped 
  • Juice of 1 unwaxed lemon 
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper 
  • 200g fat-free fromage frais 

 

Method:

1. Place all the ingredients in a food processor.

2. Blitz until you have a smooth texture. 

3. Tip into a bowl and serve.
