Rice pudding

Ingredients

  • 50 g Risotto Rice
  • 44 g Dates
  • 30 g Almonds
  • 40 ml Skimmed Milk
  • 100 g Water
  • Pinch Ground Cinnamon

 

Method

1. Add all ingredients to a pan, bring to a simmer and place in a 170°c oven for 25-30 mins

2. Add more water if necessary
