Rice pudding
Ingredients
- 50 g Risotto Rice
- 44 g Dates
- 30 g Almonds
- 40 ml Skimmed Milk
- 100 g Water
- Pinch Ground Cinnamon
Method
1. Add all ingredients to a pan, bring to a simmer and place in a 170°c oven for 25-30 mins
2. Add more water if necessary
