Here are some non-UPF items that you may want to consider when you aren't able to make something from scratch.
Try to remember the Eatwell Guide when planning your food choices. The guide recommends a third of the things you eat over the week should be fruit and vegetables (at least 5 portions a day), a third should be healthy carbohydrate sources, like rice and potatoes, and the remainder should be healthy protein and fat sources, like meat, fish, yogurt, tofu, and pulses.
